ADDITION, GARAGE CONVERSION, UTILITY 21-127
The existing garage was converted into a large open living space. Adding windows provided lots of natural light. The flooring installed matched the existing, allowing the new space to flow into the rest of the home as if it was always there. The existing HVAC had to be moved to a temporary location so that the family did not have interrupted service while the addition/conversion was built. Then reinstalled in a new location and tied in.
Addition 2 car garage - poured slab, framed, drywall, flooring. Moved/reinstalled 2 existing garage doors and openers and added 3rd door providing the family with lots of options on how to get their big toys in and out. The exterior new brick is undetectable as if the addition was always there.
Utility expanded and reconfigured providing families with more space, storage, and function. Custom Cabinets and butcher board countertops provided a crisp and clean feel to the space.
