Another historical home we have restored and expanded, we built a 240 square foot addition with a bedroom and bathroom, along with a minor kitchen remodel, at this house built in 1926. We were careful to match the pitched gable of the roof in the construction of the new space, and just one of the bonus features is all of the ‘basement’ space now available below the new addition!
