We excavated over 40 yards soil in the backyard, placed an addition of over 1,000 SF for our clients. We went through a variety of challenges with this hillside project, including the location’s limitations (incline, small space, no street access for heavy equipment), and many phases of the project were done by hand. Framing, electrical, and plumbing, were all completed and 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a dining room were added to the existing home (as well as a relocating and expanding the kitchen). We added heating elements under marble tile, installed over 600 SF of tile, and 400 SF of hardwood. We built their dream home!
