A beautifully redone bi-level home in New Jersey. A bi-level home often times is problematic to a homeowner in regards to creating more space without compromising the use and space of the garage. With this second floor addition we gave this home extra closet and bedroom space while keeping the existing space of the home undisturbed! We designed and created cantilevered addition with steel girder supported by two decorative structural columns. With the family now enjoying the spaciousness they never had before, we continued to create more living and enjoyable space with a deck and patio as well. With bi-level homes it is common to utilize the outdoors for family and friend gatherings with the family room usually being on the first floor. With this in mind, we gave this family lovely space with a ceiling system under the sundeck that captures rainwater and creates a covered patio and deck up above. To complete and tie in the space we created, we installed new siding and roofing giving this home and family a new life !
