Additon above garage

Addition above existing garage. We also painted new and existing brick to match and removed the wood shake roof from entire house and replaced with architectural shingles. Relocated laundry room in lower level and created a set of interior stairs to reach addition

Existing structure, garage doors will be removed and stored till the end of project. The roof over garage will be removed. We covered interior walls with plastic to protect existing drywall

This was existing laundry. You entered from the garage on the right and then entered dining room on the left. Washer and dryer to be moved to allow for stairs in their current space

These cabinets make a great work space and storage area across from washer and dryer.

The short wall where the chair is will be removed to allow for stairs. Door will have to move to the right and the cabinet will have to be cut down.
