A new 800 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit in a historic neighborhood. The ADU plan included an entry area, two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a kitchen, a laundry closet and an open living/dining area. We were required by local design guidelines to mimic the existing exterior of the home to a certain degree.
