Homeowners Kristina and Patrick initially hired Introspecs for custom casework and full interior design on their 2-story detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The scope quickly grew to full exterior design, space planning, selection of window/door/hardware packages, creative sourcing through Pioneer Millworks of the salvaged 27' structural ridge-beam and rafters, and full-time project management throughout the construction process.
