This 24-unit townhouse development is situated between Medical Lake and Spokane. The design was guided by a desire to foster both purpose and a sense of community. To achieve this, the project reimagines traditional apartment living by introducing a street-front character that centers on a communal green space instead of the typical street edge, offering residents a welcoming environment that evokes a neighborhood feel.
