This Alameda Gold Coast Victorian underwent a dramatic transformation. Our young clients have southern roots, and their tastes leaned in a more traditional design direction. The home was purchased as a "Fixer" and required the gutting of the first and second floors, and an interior stairway off the kitchen was removed to allow for a larger family-oriented layout.
