This charming guest bedroom on the main floor of the house was formerly an open den. It is a fantastic example of what you can do with a limited budget when you allow creativity and divine inspiration to lead the way. Everything except the headboard, mattress, wallpaper and drapery came from bargain stores like Walmart, and Home sense. My favorite piece in the whole room is the one that arrived “by accident”. The homeowner had purchased a wooden zebra for her daughter on a shopping trip. While we were prepping the finished bedroom for a photoshoot the zebra migrated to the nightstand. It was like the entire room had been designed and planned for his arrival. He hunkered down and remains there to this day.
