Praetorian Landscaping

Allendale Project

This modern full-property landscape in the Allandale neighborhood of Austin, Texas transformed both the front and backyard into cohesive, functional outdoor spaces that align with the home’s architectural character.

The project scope included demolition of existing hardscape, installation of new brick walkways and patios, custom steel landscape elements, extensive tree and plant installation, and a complete irrigation system. A herringbone brick pattern was selected to introduce visual rhythm while maintaining a clean, timeless feel appropriate for the neighborhood.

Steel was incorporated as both a structural and architectural material, providing crisp edges and durability while reinforcing the modern design language. Planting focused on long-term performance, scale, and shade development, with sixteen trees installed to establish structure and future canopy.

Our team managed all phases of construction, coordinating site work, fabrication, and installation to ensure precision and continuity throughout the project. The result is a modern residential landscape that balances craftsmanship, material integrity, and long-term usability.
