This new home was custom-built on an inner-city lot and included many unique features designed to meet the specific needs of the owner.

Working from design drawings, we coordinated the structural design and fabrication of the exterior design elements. Custom timber beams for the architectural trellis feature had to be finished off-site to allow for cold weather construction. Installation of the fasteners had to be carefully scheduled to accommodate drywall and stucco work.
