The historic Jacobean style Ambassador condo was built in 1922. Our long-term clients asked us back to remodel extremely outdated nonfunctional kitchen. The kitchen footprint was unable to be altered due to entry halls, wet walls and HOA requirements, our design team was very aware of making the most of this 11' 0" x 7'- 0" tiny apartment kitchen. The use of interior moveable shelf organizers we accomplished our goal. The farmhouse aesthetic was not our first " go to", however, the 100+ year old downtown building fit the style of the era.
