Great things can be done with small spaces. Venture’s innovative design team transformed this modest 3000 square foot yard into a poolside paradise. The beautiful aqua blue pool and spa are the centerpiece of this project but don’t overlook the smaller details. White King style wood fencing was installed around the perimeter of the property providing privacy and the illusion of a larger space. Clusters of emerald green arborvitae soften the far end of the pool beside a dining area and adirondack chair lounge. A putting green fills the expanse to one side of the pool while the other has a deck for sunbathing. The long, clean lines of the deck are achieved with Techo Bloc Boreailis wood style brick pavers; a beautiful paver that brings the look and feel of hardwood floors into your outdoor spaces with a maintenance free alternative.

A vine covered pergola to the side of the house offers a shaded area to relax and a firepit for cool evenings. Tucked beside it is a small wooden divider providing privacy for the outdoor shower! The combination of underwater lights in the pool with string lights across the yard and amidst the vine covered pergola, draw you in with a warm glow and welcoming ambiance.
