The homeowners decided to buy an existing home in a prime location in the Higgins Beach community. The site is nestled between the ocean and AngelCreek. The plan was to remove the existing home and build a new, energy efficient home, that maximized square footage on the small lot and take full advantage of the ocean views to the front as well as dramatic Angel Creek views to the rear.
