This space used to be a living room and a kitchen. Both spaces felt small with the wall separating the 2 spaces. The kitchen had a flat ceiling and the living room had a sloped ceiling that made the living room feel a bit uncomfortable proportionally.

The wall was taken down and a beam was put into place to support the roof. The entire space in now vaulted and includes the kitchen and dining area. Now there is plenty of room to spend time with family a friends.
