For this project we demoed the old house and built a new custom modular home. The home is just over 4,000 sq feet and includes an expansive space with a full basement, 9' ceilings, granite counter tops, meditation room, home office, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 2-car garage. We expanded the garage, but used the same foundation footprint.
