A two-level bump out was added to this split-level home to open up the kitchen and create more space in the living room, as well as increase the space of the master suite. Additionally, an additional bedroom was added to the already existing finished basement by digging out underneath the home and placing the new bedroom underneath the new addition. A new mudroom and pantry were also added to connect the home with internal access to the garage using the space from the former breeze-way in the rear of the home.
