Annapolis Waterfront Whole House Remodel

This Annapolis couple purchased this quaint 1 BR, 1 BA beach cottage on the waterfront in the Annapolis area. The cottage was adorable, but needed more room! The homeowners did not have the ability to expand the property's footprint, due to code and zoning restrictions, and the home being located in a critical area of the Chesapeake Bay. The county also restricts adding impervious surface in this area. So, a second floor was added to the home, within the existing footprint. The home now features 4 BR, 3 BA and breathtaking views of the waterfront.
