Our Client sent me this picture and asked if we could some how make something out of it. My first inner response was "no!", but then the side of me that loves a challenge responded back “sure can!”. We went back and forth on the size of the piece and where it would work best in his house. We found it would work best in his entry way as a statement piece for his beautiful old home in Troy. We ripped the top off and added a new black walnut top to it and added runners under the feet so it wouldn’t scratch their floor. We also found parts that we knew wouldn’t be in the original layout but we wanted to attach them to the base to give it a more industrial feel. We love the transformation!
