The project is designed in a minimalist style with ethnic motifs. The key concept was the desire of the customer to get an apartment without the feeling of recent renovation and artificially designed interior. It was decided to use the highest quality and environmentally friendly materials such as oak, teak, white travertine, black African granite. Texture of natural materials looks so rich that the interior does not need any additional decoration. As a result, the final interior is characterized by nobility and sustainability. Soft pastel colors dominate the apartment. The pictures of Armenian artists from the collection of the owners, as well as the carpet and accessories in ethnic style give additional warmth and comfort to the interior.

The total area is quite large. The apartment has a spacious entrance hall, lounge, kitchen combined with the dining room, three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a winter garden.
