They purchased the house from the builder over 15 years ago and needed the house to feel more modern and welcoming to potential buyers. Since we had to work with a pretty tight budget, we decided to keep most of the furniture and focus on modern accessories, artwork and textiles to bring this property up to date.
One of the challenges here was working with blue walls throughout the main living areas. Since repainting the whole house was not in the budget, we decided to bring in white, silver and blue accents to make the paint colour feel like part of the design and to create balance and continuity throughout the living space.
