Original ranch was demolished down to the first floor flooring. Re designed with a reverse floor plan to capture ocean view and light from the 2nd floor. The house is net zero with super insulated floor/walls and vaulted ceiling. Window sills and floors are reclaimed heart pine, kitchen granite and sink are also reclaimed.
