This project was a huge transformation of the front yard. After many years of erosion and drainage issues, the owners hired K&D to design and build a solution that will hold up to the heavy downpours Santa Cruz is known for. We graded the front yard hillside and installed retaining walls to provide erosion control. The next step was making sure the water was diverted to the lower drainage area behind the house which we accomplished with French Drains. Next, we constructed paver stone patios and a soothing water feature to enjoy. Don't forget about the lighting that makes everything come together! Enjoy
