Perched atop the highest peak above the J. Paul Getty Museum, this classic modern 1960s home was redesigned to open up the amazing views. Upon entering the inner courtyard, visitors see through the transparent structure to the city-line panorama beyond. Furnishings were purposefully kept simple and low-profile, and a limited palette of stone, wood and glass was used to unify the spaces that flow seamlessly inside and out.
