After 3 or so months of no movement the owner contacted me for help. I did a walk through and gave an assessment of the property. The floors needed some TLC and it needed to be staged. I had my floor guy come in and bring the floors to life and I staged this house as if it was a design project. After it was staged and new professional pictures were taken the house was sold for full asking price in a week and a half.
