Grills are V-shaped which allows any fats to drain down the channel and into the drip tray provided ( Instead of the fat dripping into the fire and causing flare-ups) Easy cleanup.
Cooking over a wood fire enhances flavors. Experiment with the distinct flavors imparted by different types of wood: from oak to mesquite, apple wood to hickory.
