This home was designed with the neighborhood context in mind. It has a clean contemporary feel with traditional materials and roof lines, keeping a 1 1/2 story low profile feel facing the street. The south side of the house, facing the future pool area, is designed with a larger scale, more modern expression, appropriate to the scale of the land as it drops down the hill and opens up. Kraus Associates also provided construction management for this project.
