We were trusted with this home in very bad shape. We gutted many of the spaces including the living room, three bathrooms, part of the kitchen. Highlights:
- In the kitchen, we removed the panty, relocated the fridge, and cut a pass through to the dining room. Opened up the space and added lots of light.
-In the loft: We closed off the opening above the master bedroom, turning it into its own bedroom.
- All three bathrooms were gutted down to studs and completely rebuilt.
