ART MODERNE BATHROOM UPDATE
Not the usual little New York City co-op bath, where fixtures and function are stuck in the 1930's... Brother can you spare a shelf in your medicine cabinet!
The new wall-mounted Duravit 232080 washbasin, at 32," is much wider than the original. And, the 60" Kohler, Tea-for-Two, drop-in soaker is 6" shorter, than the original, but deeper and wider. So, there is more space to stand at the sink, and in the tub, which is fitted with a rain head on a 15" arm. Most of the chrome is either Grohe Somerset, or Ginger Empire.
Meanwhile, the original shower stall was converted in to a linen closet facing in to the the bathroom, and even an additional clothes closet facing in to the bedroom. With a 24x30" recessed, mirrored, medicine cabinet and a wide shampoo niche, there is room enough for all.
