This open loft space above a three car garage was converted to an open concept living area with enclosed bath, laundry and pantry. Dividing the space into areas allowed for an open concept living/kitchenspace, separate sleeping area, large enclosed pantry and enclosed washer/dryer closet. The redesigned staircase and separate entryway allowed for a totally private dwelling. New Dorma windows, complete insulation under the drywall and LED lighting added to the energy efficiency of the unit. Hardwood flooring throughout created an open spacious feel with soft earth tones adding to the serene feel to the space.
