Attic Insulation/ storage

Project Cost: $10,001 - $25,000

This client wanted space for storage of costumes and random sewing items. We spray foamed the ceiling in the attic and cleared the walls. We removed the floor boards, cleaned all the loose insulation and debris. New floor boards were used, then a new vinyl floor was laid.

The attic was unusable before, with the floor covered in insulation. The windows were boarded, and the temperatures reached 100 on most summer days.
