Imagine having to tell a homeowner that we have to pull ten feet OFF of their house instead of putting it on. Not an easy conversation to have. An un-permitted addition needed to go away, but by doing so we were able to plan the kitchen and open it up in a much more efficient way for this chef and her husband. The added bonus was a direct connection to the enormous garden that the owners have, not to mention the wine cellar from grapes grown on the property. Did we mention the home brewed beer too?
