Our clients wanted the wall dividing the living room and den removed in order to improve the flow and use of both rooms. They requested the unused and oddly-shaped closet be utilized for a small wet bar and loved the idea of a double fireplace, therefore the living spaces on the first floor on this home received a complete redo. The project included beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, a fresh color palette, new furnishings, a glamorous, custom-designed beverage center, and a stacked stone fireplace that stands proud acting as the centerpiece in this lovely waterfront home.
