This floor was painted and appeared to be in relatively good condition. Once the paint and top coat of cement was removed to create a proper bond for the new epoxy finish, debris and garbage was discovered embedded in the cement. The debris was removed, and the areas were all patched and smoothed. The result and transformation was nothing less than stunning.
