A vacant site at Avoca Beach is a rarity, so having the opportunity to design a new dwelling for this site was a fabulous opportunity. This project was designed as a luxury new residence providing accomodation with 4 spacious bedrooms, light filled open floor plan living areas, a sophisticated kitchen and butlers pantry with a useful study nook and all maximising on the tranquil Avoca Lagoon views. We were also able to add a contemporary private secondary residence with carport for the extended family or for the possibility of extra income to the investor.

There are two specific zones to this home, upstairs and downstairs to allow a beautiful flowing home with privacy for a growing family. The grand outdoor entertaining area upstairs is a dream opening up as a part of the living area with its amazing BBQ area, quality views and self adjusting vergola, but it is not the only entertaining area, the kids can have their own party downstairs with a spacious family room flowing out onto another huge covered alfresco area with its own lagoon views.
