This home started out as a 1800 sq. ft., one story ranch and we converted it into a two story 6000 sq. ft home. The brick was retained and matched as were the corner windows on the bottom floor.. Before photo is included at the end of the gallery.

We designed a 2200 sq. ft., two story studio to house a one car garage, music studio and design office upstairs known as the "treehouse".

This is the second story of the stand-alone studio with views of the treetops.

This 1800 sq. ft. one story ranch home was built in 1949 on a 1/2 acre wooded lot, nicely sited back from the street. The only redeeming architectural details were the corner windows which became part of the new 6000 sq. ft. design.
