The BEFORE photo of a Tulsa kitchen. We did this renovation on this kitchen in 1990 and still looks timless, however our client's wanted a fresher and cleaner kitchen design.

The AFTER photograph is taken from the same place as the previous photo showing the before photograph. You see the over-scaled island God made quartz counters. The base cabinets are rift cut white oak stained a dark walnut color. All of the red oak floors have been bleached to accept a gray wash.

The large kitchen offers a variety of food prep solutions. The deep finishes are offset with bleached red oak floors washed in a gray finish. The cabinets along the walls are washed in the same paint color of the room.

The deep stain finish of the island contrasts to the wall cabinets. The purpose of this was to all the wall cabinets to act as support cabinet and blend away allowing the island and the cooktop cabinets to be the major element in the room.

A sitting area off the kitchen keeps the family together was friends and family prepare meals together. In this photo you can see the light wall cabinets accented the darker stain island and cooktop areas.
