how about we take a vintage Hoboken nj school and convert it to modern loft living? ok...we did, by refinishing the original pine wide plank flooring and maximizing the high ceilings with industrial style lighting and exposed ductwork.

the most magnificent master bath I have ever designed! the dressing alcove is done in rosewood with ribbed frosted glass insets and the area features a center island. the calacutta gold marble large tile floors and matching marble double vanity give the huge masterbath its continued glamour.

the master suite features art deco inspired lighting and walnut furnishings. the walls are covered in ivory grasscloth and the bedside chest has upholstered chagrin fronts. the settee is upholstered in cream mohair velvet and the deco vintage stools in camel.

because this basement acts as the pool house, we designed teak lockers bookended by louvered dressing room doors. the floor is a polished ivory concrete to withstand the bathing guests. the freestanding teak bench offers a rest.

as you turn the corner from the teak lockers you find a public wash area, open to the dressing area. the floating bath vanity is made from the same teak wood as the lockers and the basement kitchen. floors are polished concrete and the walls are lacquered.
