Creating a welcoming home for a bachelor to enjoy was a pleasure. It needed the cool factor as well as cozy comfort. Gray, taupe, brown, and ivory provide a handsome and calm color palette while the beautiful lake views draw your eye outside. Rugged leather, rich woods, stone, and metal combine harmoniously. The graphic woven fabric on the custom sectional complements the large scale pattern on the Moroccan rug. The fireplace wall was a fully customized renovation including the cherry media cabinet/bar, concrete surround, new gas fireplace, and rustic mantel. The nearby dining space features unique cowhide chairs and a striking light fixture with iron accents.
