This project was a New Construction home with a completely empty backyard. The clients knew exactly what they wanted in the yard, they just needed our expertise in designing it to fit the parameters of the yard. We built a multi-use pergola/patio cover with one side being open to let sunlight into the large slider doors of the house and the other side being closed to add another function to the space. Whether there is inclimate weather or our clients just want to fully escape the sun and enjoy a game on their newly installed outdoor TV, the dual purpose patio cover does it all. Under the patio cover we built a paver patio across the entire back of the home and connected that into a concrete pad where a new swim spa will be installed. Throughout the yard we installed artificial turf and a circular DG (Decomposed Granite) area for a fire pit. The clients wanted as little maintenance as possible, so we delivered that by using pavers, concrete, DG and artificial turf. Last but not least we were able to make our clients dreams come true with installation of the half basketball court.
