Precision Built was asked to help bring the best of summer time to this residence West of Boston. The project started with a great deal of clearing, grading and installation of underground infrastructure to service the many desired components. A new illuminated clay tennis court, pebble finish lap length pool, pool house, extensive bluestone hardscape work, a gas fire pit and extensive landscaping were all incorporated within this beautiful project.

The clients were so delighted with their backyard retreat, they hired PBI to complete a total kitchen and butlers pantry renovation for their home. The entire kitchen renovation, including demolition, plaster, tile, cabinetry, new counter tops, glass, wood, painting, plumbing, decorative lighting and electrical, was completed in less than two weeks, much to the client’s pleasure!
