This customer had a deck that was about 20 years old, it was very weathered, and the carpenter bees had eaten away at the Joists and the beam. They lived in a wooded area and have a really bad carpenter bee problem. So instead of going back with wood, they hired us to build a balcony completely out of steel. We powder coated the balcony, brown red.
