This is one of our major exterior renovations. We completely changed the style of this old stucco Spanish Influenced home. Along with redesigning and updating the exterior we completely rebuilt the garage. Added "Warm Board" flooring in the garage and entry foyer, repainted the entire interior, updated the master bedroom/bath, laundry, second floor bath, as well as a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Also added a small deck off the master to enjoy breakfast with a lake view. During Phase 2 we built a dining room addition. This was a very exciting project and the homeowners were wonderful!
