This a rear yard addition creating a family/dining room that opens to the back yard patio. A roof deck on top is accessed from the upstairs landing. The existing kitchen was completely remodeled. The highlight of the project is the Panoramic folding-door wall, which allows the addition to fully open to the outdoor space.
