On this project we created additional living space by converting unused basement space into an exercise room, family room and full 3 piece bath. We incorporated a unique soffit design to hide duct work but give the space the feel of a much higher ceiling. Add color to the walls and the homeowners unique style and we have a one of a kind basement renovation.
