Built in 1917 in a neighborhood originally housing the fishermen and dock workers of Ballard, this 1200 square foot house was remodeled for a professional couple. This whole house remodel included gutting the upper attic area, and bumping out a section to house a new master bath and create a walk-in closet, reconfiguring the awkward back stair to the basement to obtain more room and a shower for the 1st floor bath, a gut and remodel of the kitchen including custom cabinetry to echo the salvaged community refrigerator doors used on the pantry, etc. etc...
