Purchased two adjacent lots as real estate developer, consolidated lots and designed a 6,000 square foot mixed-use new building with five (5) residential units and one (1) commercial storefront. Pulled permits as licensed general contractors and managed construction from initial inception of the project to eventual sale of the building.
