Project 1- This family called us, as they could not find anyone to take on this renovation. This pool is out in the country, beside a drainage ditch & pond, so needless to say, it has ground water issues. The back wall crashed in, major floor, hopper & slope repairs. The pool had been down for over a year It was so bad, the kids were trying to fish out the turtles that were in it. We removed the lamp, old wiring was rigged and covered the niche. It took a full day just to repair the bottom, all while controlling the ground water.

Project 2- Here is a 20' x 40' pool that was covered up and not used for several years. Once the old covered was removed, we found a surprise no one knew at the time. Not only was the liner obviously damaged, but we had to replace all the plastic coping around the pool. Once the old liner was removed, we again had ground water issues to control. We removed large old tree roots and resurfaced the entire hopper area.
