Complete renovation of a building previously used as a law office. We removed 2 of 3 walk-in vaults (replaced one with a hall bath, the other with a pantry), took down walls on the first floor to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area; added a kitchen, updated the powder room on the first floor, added the hall bath, expanded the second floor powder room to a full en-suite bathroom, added closets in all three bedrooms, and finished off a portion of the basement to create a second living/family room.
